The Hardage Group is developing, in partnership with a development team, a new 800 room hotel and retail project on the site of the former home of the San Diego Padres at Lane Field. This site is one of the most desirable waterfront development sites in the nation, located directly on San Diego Bay at the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Broadway in downtown San Diego. The site has been fully approved for development by the California Costal Commission.
