The Hardage Group is redeveloping an existing hotel and residential site in Salt Lake City, Utah at the corner of 400 South and 800 East: a prime location in downtown. The site will be rezoned from “residential”” to “high density residential” and redeveloped as either multi-family rentals or condominium units.
