The new hotel will serve the largest marina and watercraft recreational community in California with high quality rooms and related hotel amenities, featuring a swimming pool, gym, terrace, and waterfront bistro, all within convenient walking distance of Peninsula Beach and Venice Beach. As part of this exciting hotel development, the Hardage Group will be aiding in the construction of the Marina’s first public wetland interpretive park, to be located on the southerly portion of the property.
