Responsible for the overall operation and success of the Chase Suite Hotel in Tampa Florida. Provides strategic direction, leadership and tactical action to department heads. Develops a strong team of professional hoteliers. Successful candidates will have proven hotel management as well as a passion and experience in sales.

Required Skills, Experience & Abilities:

Excellent oral, written and training communication skills.

Polished, well groomed, professional appearance.

Excellent guest relations skills especially in creating "special touches" and resolving guest concerns.

Strong analytical skills including trend analysis and the ability to develop new tactics to resolve problems.

Excellent eye for details, can identify and carry out actions to improve the appearance of the property, and employees as well as establish special actions that exceed guests expectations—"5 Star service for a 4 star price."

Good computer skills especially word processing, hotel operating systems and spreadsheet creation.

Bachelors degree in Hospitality or related field, CHA preferred.

Excellent Time Management skills, be able to manage one’s own time and the time of others; is self-motivated and driven.

Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager, Assistant GM and/or Director of Sales.

Job Title: Food & Beverage Director-part-time
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced expert in the design and implementation of excellent food and beverage service for our Woodfin Hotels.  The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing guest preferences, food costs, and food trends to create a regional menu for each property.  Additionally, the incumbent will create menu options for the Chase Suite Hotels’ complimentary breakfasts and social hours.   Responsibilities will include occasional visits to the hotels to inspect, train and coach F&B staff.  Candidates should have at least 5 years experience designing and implementing menus; is able to analysis and implement changes to manage food and labor costs and create effective training programs.  Critical Skills and abilities include: creativity, self-motivated, team player, excellent communication skills and ability to travel.
